Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Almost all packages are shipped via USPS using ground or advantage shipping. It may take 2-7 business days to receive your package.
We do not offer In-store, Local pickup or International Shipping. We will only ship within the United States. Hawaii and Alaska may have extended prices and/or shipping times.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ashley@moonbrainboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not accept a return based on enjoyment alone, it must be defective for us to accept a return. Moon Brain Boutique LLC is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please use our items at your own discretion/risk. Our company's liability and remedy to such issues is a refund of the product after it has been returned to us.
We limit a refund to 30 days after you receive your item and you must notify us of your concerns before mailing the item back. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the product in question.
